For the purposes of this Act, the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint such of its diplomatic or consular officers as it may think fit to be Marriage Officers for any foreign country.
First you are required to provide Date of Birth proof, Address proof(of both husband & wife) and Marriage Invitation Card or Place and Date of Marriage(in case of non availability of Marriage Invitation Card) along with 1 Marriage Ceremony Photo.
